Hi, it has been a while since my last entry...I've been trying to stay busy with Stock photography, and doing some research on marketing for my portrait studio.  For stock photography I found a software that is excellent for white backgrounds  or just singling out the subject so that you can put a different background with the subject, the software is called "Fluid Mask 3" it is alot easier than using the magnetic tool here is a sample of some of the images I used Fluid Mask on

Well, it has made life a little easier...when you have checkered clothing or striped clothing it is so difficult to get the magnetic tool to go where you want it to go, it keeps wanting to follow the dark checks or lines which alot of times cuts into body parts, so you end up with chunks of your body missining or something...So go out and try Fluid Mask 3. 

As far as my portrait studio...I ordered some more cards through Vista Print and some brochures,flyers, letterhead and other marketing tools to get my name and website out there. I also plan on ordering a coffee table book of all of my favorite portraits and different poses that I have shot, and when I go and drop off my business cards to businesses, I will have the coffee table book to show them a sample of my portfolio, that way they will be more apt to recommend me to thier clients or peaple they know that are looking for a wedding photographer or a portrait photographer.  Well, If anyone has any suggestions on other marketing tools to get my services out there, by all means let me know your ideas.
